Mathilde Lheureux will be the CEO of Free2move eSolutions, a joint venture between NHOA Group and Stellantis. Free2move eSolutions announced this.

The Board of Directors unanimously chose Mathilde Lheureux as CEO and thanked Roberto Di Stefano for his great work in a difficult situation. Roberto Di Stefano will move up in the Stellantis organization and take on a new job.

"In her new role as CEO of Free2move eSolutions, Mathilde will lead the company to effectively contribute to Stellantis' Dare Forward 2030 electrification strategy, turning Free2move eSolutions into a major player in the landscape of sustainable and profitable charging solutions," said Brigitte Courtehoux, CEO of Free2move and a member of Stellantis' Global Executive Committee.

"I'd like to say hello to Mathilde Lheureux. It is an honor for me to work with a high-level executive like her, who has a proven track record of creating value and the exact management skills that Free2move eSolutions needs right now to get to the next level," Carlalberto Guglielminotti, CEO of the NHOA Group, said as much. "Mathilde knows how to improve people in a way that fits with the company's culture and values. With Free2move eSolutions's strong management team, I'm sure you'll be able to lead the company by focusing on the challenges of execution and ensuring that everyone gets high performance and long-term value."

Mathilde Lheureux has worked in the auto industry for more than 15 years. She was Head of Global Talent and Top Management at Groupe PSA before she joined Stellantis in January 2021. During her time at Groupe PSA, you have gained a wide range of skills, from research and development to public relations and corporate strategy.

The assignment will take effect on November 1, 2022.
